01. Full-Design Service
Design you home from start to finish.From concept to completion, the Full-Design Service is suitable for new builds or remodels of any project scope and size, curated for those in the planning phase. We partner with your architect and builder as we create a comprehensive design that is completely tailored to you. It includes project management and implementation so that we can walk our clients through the construction process with ease. Our team will manage every detail from initial design vision, through ordering and logistics, to final installation day. This is a turn-key service for a magazine worthy end result!
02. Design-Only Service
We design, you implement.Efficient and cost-effective service curated for clients who want to focus on one room at a time and need the help of an expert to help create a comprehensive design that do not require detailed drawings or project management. We provide the overall design vision, floorplan, furniture, fixture, and finish selections along with 2D layout and links to shop. We will select furniture and décor using a mix of retail and our designer-exclusive trade platform. The client handle the procurement process. We create the design, you make it a reality at your own pace!
This service can be implemented in-person or virtually.
03. BluePrint/Architectural Review
Ensuring function first.Curated for clients in the process of building a new home, office or renovation. We meet with you to review your architect or builder's plans to ensure it is designed to support your lifestyle, aesthetic and functional needs. We help visualize the space before a nail is struck by evaluating window placements, architectural elements, lighting and electrical plans, furniture placement, traffic flow and storage needs.
04. Design Consultation Service
A designers trained eye.Our Consultation Package is a 3 hours In-Person hands-on design session at the clients home. This service is curated for small questions and projects that just need a final review from a designer. You might just have moved in to a new home and need some guidance - whether your questions are about paint colors, room layouts or material selections or finishes on your project, this is a great way to get advice or a review of your projects from a professional.
